Project management is the application of processes, techniques, skills, method tools knowledge, and experience to project activities to achieve particular objectives according to the goals and requirements of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Wikipedia<\/strong>, it says “Project management is the process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind any successful project is a project manager. The main objective of project management is to produce a complete project which complies with the client’s or project proponent requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project manager is a person who manages, directs, and controls the making of the project. The project manager\u2019s sole job is to remind everyone about deadlines and set up status meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Project is temporary which means it must have a beginning and an end, it is been timed. and must be completed within a time-constrained on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
